Nebraska finally landed a quarterback recruit this past weekend. Texas native Cody Spano gave the Huskers a verbal commit and will be enrolling at UNL for the Spring semester. Spano was heavily recruited by schools in Texas and actually was committed to Oklahoma State before choosing Nebraska. Apparently he just wanted to go North. Spano is a dual threat quarterback and may be the next leader in the zone read attack. All in all, the Huskers picked up a quality recruit. As for me, "I'm so excited, I'm so excited, I'm so...scared!"
